Potassium polyacrylate

Potassium polyacrylate for drilling fluids is a non-toxic, non-corrosive wellbore stabilizer that is readily soluble in water. This product effectively inhibits the dispersion of shale and drill cuttings, while also exhibiting properties such as reducing fluid loss, improving flow characteristics, and enhancing lubricity. It can effectively suppress formation mud generation and is compatible with a wide variety of treatment agents, making it a widely used and highly desirable wellbore stabilizer.

Anionic polyacrylamide

For the treatment of industrial wastewater and mineral processing wastewater—particularly those containing coarse suspended particles, high concentrations, and positively charged particles, with a neutral or alkaline pH. Examples include wastewater from steel plants, coal washing plants, electroplating facilities, paper mills and domestic sewage, meat-processing plants, monosodium glutamate (MSG) plants, chemical plants, alcohol distilleries, starch factories, textile dyeing and printing facilities, and sugar-refining plants.

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose

Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) is a non-ionic cellulose ether produced from cellulose, a natural polymeric material, through a series of chemical processes. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) is a white powder that is odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic; it dissolves in cold water to form a clear, viscous solution.

High-efficiency water absorbent

It exhibits excellent water absorption capacity, with a desalination rate 400 times that of distilled water, 60–80 times that of physiological saline, and 35–60 times that of a 0.1% calcium chloride aqueous solution. Toxicological and environmental safety tests have confirmed that it leaves no toxic residues and does not pollute the environment; moreover, it is naturally biodegradable and has a pH value adjustable between approximately 60 and 80, helping to prevent soil salinization and alkalization.

Hydroxypropyl guar gum is a natural galactomannan and one of the quality-improving agents; it’s a natural thickening agent. It appears as a free-flowing powder ranging in color from white to pale yellow, soluble in both cold and hot water. When it comes into contact with water, it forms a gel-like substance, providing rapid thickening effects.
