    This product is a white fine granule or powder obtained by copolymerizing cationic monomers (such as DM, DMC, CPF, DMDAAC, and DMAEMA) with acrylamide, followed by granulation, drying, and grinding.

    Main uses

    Sludge dewatering: The molecular weight of this product can be selected according to the characteristics of the sludge. It enables efficient gravity-based sludge dewatering prior to the sludge entering the filter press. During dewatering, the resulting flocs are large, firm, non-sticky to the filter cloth, and do not disperse during filtration. It requires a small dosage, boasts high dewatering efficiency, and produces a sludge cake with a moisture content below 80%.

    Wastewater Treatment: This product is generally used for treating acidic wastewater, including both low- and high-concentration municipal wastewater.

    Coagulant for water treatment plants: This product features low dosage, excellent performance, and low cost. It works particularly well when used in combination with inorganic coagulants.

    Oilfield Huayou Products: such as clay swelling inhibitors and thickeners for oilfield acidizing, etc.

    Paper additives: Cationic PAM paper strengthener is a water-soluble cationic polymer containing carbamoyl groups. It features functions such as strengthening, retention aid, and filtration assistance, effectively enhancing the strength of paper. At the same time, this product also serves as a highly efficient dispersant.

    Packaging, transportation

    Packaged in 25-kg plastic-lined woven bags or paper-plastic composite bags. Packaging can also be customized according to customer requirements. During storage and transportation, take precautions against heat generation and moisture exposure; prolonged exposure of the dry powder product to humidity may cause it to absorb moisture and form lumps. The stacking height should not exceed 20 layers. Shelf life: 2 years.
